1. BBQ Marinated Ribs

Ingredients:
– 1 kg pork ribs
– 1/2 cup of ketchup
– 1/4 cup of soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
– 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
– 1 teaspoon of paprika
– 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, chopped garlic, paprika, and black pepper to prepare the marinade.
2. Clean the ribs by trimming off excess fat and removing the membrane.
3. Place the ribs in a large freezer bag or a shallow dish and pour the prepared marinade over them.

Instructions:
