Terms and Conditions of the dobremiecho.pl Online Store<\/strong><\/p>

1. General Provisions<\/strong><\/p>

1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store dobremiecho.pl, operated by Kamil Paku\u0142a, with a registered office at ul. W\u0105ska 9, 05-552 Wola Mroczkowska, NIP: 1231466578, REGON: 385875817.<\/p>

1.3. Every customer making a purchase in the dobremiecho.pl online store accepts the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>

2. Order Placement Conditions<\/strong><\/p>

2.1. Orders in the store can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.<\/p>

2.2. The order will be processed only after the order form has been correctly filled out and payment has been made.<\/p>

2.3. The seller reserves the right to cancel the order in case of incorrect customer data or lack of payment.<\/p>

3. Payments<\/strong><\/p>

3.1. The online store offers the following payment methods:\na) Bank transfer,\nb) Electronic payments (e.g., PayU, Przelewy24, BLIK),\nc) Credit\/debit card payment.<\/p>

3.2. Payment should be made within 3 business days from the date the order is placed.<\/p>

4. Delivery<\/strong><\/p>

4.1. Orders are fulfilled within Poland via courier services or parcel lockers.<\/p>

4.2. The delivery cost is specified in the price list available on the store\u2019s website.<\/p>

4.3. The order processing time is between 2 to 7 business days from the moment the payment is received.<\/p>

5. Complaints and Returns<\/strong><\/p>

5.1. The customer has the right to return the product without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment, provided that the product shows no signs of use.<\/p>

5.2. To make a return, the customer should contact the seller via email and send the product back to the provided address.<\/p>

5.3. Complaints regarding product defects should be submitted within 14 days of their discovery. The seller undertakes to review the complaint within 14 business days.<\/p>

6. Personal Data Protection<\/strong><\/p>

6.1. The administrator of personal data is the company Kamil Paku\u0142a, ul. W\u0105ska 9, 05-552 Wola Mroczkowska, NIP: 1231466578.<\/p>

6.2. Customers' personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and in accordance with the privacy policy available on the store\u2019s website.<\/p>

6.3. The customer has the right to access, edit, and request the deletion of their personal data.<\/p>

7. Final Provisions<\/strong><\/p>

7.1. The seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. The new rules come into effect upon their publication on the store\u2019s website.<\/p>

7.2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.<\/p>
