Returns & Complaints<\/strong><\/p>

1. Returns<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Pursuant to Article 38, point 4 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to products that are perishable or have a short shelf life.<\/p><\/li>

  2. The products offered in our store are fresh goods; therefore, returns are not possible unless the product arrives damaged or does not conform to the order.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    2. Complaints<\/strong><\/p>

    1. In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product, the customer has the right to file a complaint.<\/p><\/li>

    2. Complaints can be submitted via email to kontakt@dobremiecho.pl, including the order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the product.<\/p><\/li>

    3. The administrator will review the complaint within 14 days of receipt and inform the customer about the next steps.<\/p><\/li>

    4. If the complaint is accepted, the customer may receive a replacement product or a refund.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>
