Terms and Conditions of the dobremiecho.pl Online Store
1. General Provisions

1.3. Every customer making a purchase in the dobremiecho.pl online store accepts the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Order Placement Conditions
2.1. Orders in the store can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2.2. The order will be processed only after the order form has been correctly filled out and payment has been made.
2.3. The seller reserves the right to cancel the order in case of incorrect customer data or lack of payment.
3. Payments
3.1. The online store offers the following payment methods: a) Bank transfer, b) Electronic payments (e.g., PayU, Przelewy24, BLIK), c) Credit/debit card payment.
3.2. Payment should be made within 3 business days from the date the order is placed.
4. Delivery
4.1. Orders are fulfilled within Poland via courier services or parcel lockers.
4.2. The delivery cost is specified in the price list available on the store’s website.
4.3. The order processing time is between 2 to 7 business days from the moment the payment is received.
5. Complaints and Returns
5.1. The customer has the right to return the product without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment, provided that the product shows no signs of use.
5.2. To make a return, the customer should contact the seller via email and send the product back to the provided address.
5.3. Complaints regarding product defects should be submitted within 14 days of their discovery. The seller undertakes to review the complaint within 14 business days.
6. Personal Data Protection

6.2. Customers' personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and in accordance with the privacy policy available on the store’s website.

7. Final Provisions
7.1. The seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. The new rules come into effect upon their publication on the store’s website.
7.2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
