1. Returns
Pursuant to Article 38, point 4 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to products that are perishable or have a short shelf life.
The products offered in our store are fresh goods; therefore, returns are not possible unless the product arrives damaged or does not conform to the order.
2. Complaints
In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product, the customer has the right to file a complaint.
Complaints can be submitted via email to kontakt@dobremiecho.pl, including the order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the product.
The administrator will review the complaint within 14 days of receipt and inform the customer about the next steps.
If the complaint is accepted, the customer may receive a replacement product or a refund.
